- A 30% deposit is required to confirm bookings, and full payment is required 60 days before arrival.

- A refundable security deposit of €300 is to be paid with full final payment.

- Check-in time is 4pm on Saturday and departure time is 10am the following Saturday.

- Prices per week are inclusive of Linen and towels.

- For arrival basic supplies can be provided upon request.

- E120 once-off cleaning fee is charged.

- Maid/cleaning service can be arranged at an additional charge.

- No smoking indoors
- As this property is surrounded by water we do not feel that it is suitable for children under the age of       12 years.

We wish to draw your attention to the fact that unfortunately our gite/apartment/cottage is NOT suitable for guests with reduced mobility and does not have wheelchair accessibility due to exterior stone stairs and interior staircases.
