Blanc is one of two barn apartments.

The old stone barn in the grounds a 17th Century Mill has been carefully renovated into two separate private apartments

The renovation has been sympathetically executed as to retain the original character and charm of the old building. The stone walls and exposed beams giving it a feeling of old world but is equipped and furnished to a high standard for comfort and convenience.

Blanc is a spacious air-conditioned apartment (80 sq. m) situated on the southwestern side of the barn, it is large with masses of space and light. One enters “Blanc” from the garden over a wooden deck which spans a mill pond and up a narrow stone stairway into a dining and sitting area. The living open plan area has the  contemporary feel of a city Loft apartment.

 French doors on either side of an original stone fireplace lead onto two “Juliette” balconies which overlook the ever-green countryside giving one the feeling of peace and tranquillity.

On the same level one has a bathroom with free standing Victorian bath, vanity and toilet, as well as a fully equipped small kitchen.

Own smart TV.

A few wooden stairs lead into a large double bedroom (queen size bed) with a cozy en suite shower and toilet.

One also has the added advantage of a mezzanine level leading up from the bedroom which could be used as a study or writer’s garret.

This apartment is very comfortably furnished and equipped with its own outside seating area overlooking the small mill pond where one could have a barbeque or just sit and relax after a day of exploring the local attractions that this beautiful area has to offer.

Rouge is one of two barn apartments.

The renovation has been sympathetically executed as to retain the original character and charm, the stone walls and exposed beams giving it a feeling of old world but is equipped and furnished to a high standard for comfort and convenience.

This two-bedroom apartment (110sq m) situated on the northeastern side of the barn. It is spacious and accommodates 4 in two very comfortable bedrooms.

It has an open plan full kitchen, sitting room, dining area and shower room on the ground floor with two “French” doors leading into the garden and courtyard area. 

A traditional feel with exposed oak beams and stone walls.

A wooden staircase leads to the second floor which houses a large airconditioned bedroom (Queen Size bed) dressing room/walk in cupboard and full bathroom with Victorian bath, shower and toilet.

There is another smaller airconditioned bedroom (2 single beds or Queen Size bed) on the third level with a small ensuite shower room.

This apartment is beautifully furnished and fully equipped, an ideal “home from home base.

The open courtyard areas equipped with table and chairs is an ideal spot for alfresco dining or relaxation after a day of adventure or exploring the surrounding beautiful countryside

LUXURY STAY FOR TWO.

Bleu is a beautifully decorated apartment of approximately 50sq.m arranged over two floors, perfect for a couple (2 people).

 Attached to the charming mill house and once a Bergerie, it is completely separate with its own entrance.

The stone and wood within contribute to the rustic sophistication of this quiet space

It has a comfortable open plan sitting room, dining area and kitchenette with double French doors opening onto a courtyard equipped with a BBQ and dining table.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa, TV and two chairs and a small dining table.

The kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave and two plate hob (no oven), an adequate space for preparing breakfast, lunch or dinner, to enjoy inside or the outside courtyard area.

On the second level there is a spacious chic double bedroom (Queen size bed) with large French windows overlooking the barn and high ceiling. Ensuite French shower room and toilet.

The space is light and airy with a rustic charming feel.

Bleu is a great option to rent with a group or family together with one of the barn apartments, particularly Rouge as they are in close proximity to each other.

No Airconditioning, only free standing fans.
